My name is Sophia and I am a personal trainer at Beardown Strength and Conditioning. I am passionate about my work and strive to make every person I train my priority.
WHAT I DO
I specialize in strength training and HIIT workouts and love working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I believe that each of my clients deserve individualized programs that fit their own goals and abilities. I am passionate about following science-based research when it comes to both exercise and nutrition. Real results are hard work, but I’ll be your biggest cheerleader and help get you there!

I have trained a variety of clients including athletes, those who seek weight loss or muscle gain, and those who are looking to maintain their health through regular exercise. I coach everything including one-on-one sessions, small group training (3-8 people), and big group classes (20+ people)
